‘They hate America’: Conservatives take aim at the left ahead of midterms

Former White House deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley weighs in on the upcoming midterm elections in the United States. “Elections are about choices, and what you need to do is explain the differences between America-loving, freedom-loving conservatives versus those who have openly said they hate America, that we are the cause of the world’s problems or the root of all evil,” Mr Gidley said. “You have to point those two things out.”
