Piers Morgan is pursuing legal action against Earl Spencer and publisher Penguin despite a formal apology over false claims in Spencer's memoir. Morgan has also called on Penguin to withdraw the book from sale and pulp existing copies. Broadcaster Dee Dee Dunleavy told News24 she doesn't believe Morgan truly wants that to happen. "I don't think realistically Piers wants them to pulp the books. I think he's just making Earl Spencer sweat," she said.
