‘She forged her own path’: Nicki Minaj’s Trump alliance should surprise nobody

‘Spot on with Link Lauren’ host Link Lauren claims Nicki Minaj has always been willing to speak her mind rather than follow Hollywood’s liberal consensus. “Everything just gets more fun by the day. I mean, 2026 has been full of twists and turns and surprises,” Mr Lauren told News24 host Elizabeth Pipko. “I've been a fan of Nicki Minaj's for a long time, and I noticed during the pandemic, she started speaking out and questioning things. “She was not just going to go along with the liberal democratic Hollywood agenda. Nicki Minaj is her own person. She forged her own path. She built her own career. “I'm not shocked to see her out there campaigning with President Trump.”
