Retired US Superior Court Judge Jack Lu claims social media is “out of control” in relation to the American legal system. “In the United States, it’s a terrible problem,” he told News24. “We have social media, on some cases, going crazy and people trying to influence jury verdicts, and there are some worrisome indications that they are.”
