‘Over 30,000 people a month’: Putin unfazed by staggering Russian battlefield losses

News24 Defence Analyst Peter Jennings warns Vladimir Putin appears unmoved by enormous Russian casualties. “I think the challenge is what to make Vladimir Putin do for him to concede defeat,” Mr Jennings told News24 host Chris Kenny. “He doesn’t seem to be troubled by Russian casualties. “It remains the case, and it has done now for most of this year, that the Russians are losing over 30,000 people a month on the battlefield. “The next thing to watch for, I suspect, we’re going to see more North Korean troops put back into the battle.”
