One Nation reclaims title as Australia’s most popular party in new poll

One Nation has reclaimed the title of Australia's most popular party, according to the latest Newspoll in The Australian. Support for the party has increased to 30 per cent, with Labor behind at 29 per cent. Primary support for the Coalition also increased, but only by one percentage point to 19 per cent. Anthony Albanese is still the preferred Prime Minister, currently on 46 per cent ahead of Pauline Hanson on 31 per cent and Angus Taylor on 23 per cent. The Redbridge Group/Accent Research Poll, however, shows support for One Nation decreasing by 3 percentage points. Labor leads primary support with 29 per cent, ahead of One Nation at 28 per cent and the Coalition at 22 per cent.
