'No alternative': RBA widely expected to raise interest rates to 4.6 per cent

EQ Economics Managing Director Warren Hogan says the Reserve Bank will likely raise interest rates tomorrow. “I think they will be doing a rate increase,” Mr Hogan told News24. “We see the cash rate hit a new high for this cycle, which will be the highest cash rate in 15 years at 4.6 per cent. “I don’t see any alternative but to raise rates for them tomorrow.”
