More than a dozen people injured in an explosion at a metal waste site in Southern Taiwan

At least 15 people were injured in an explosion in Southern Taiwan. The explosion came from a metal waste site, burning through different metals and triggering a second explosion an hour later. It forced thousands of people from their homes as local police work to investigate the cause.
