Mamdani can help America realise someone like him should never run a city again

​Former White House deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley hopes New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani will help Americans realise they can never have someone like him run a city again. ​“I hate to say this about one of America’s greatest cities…but they voted for this,” Mr Hogan told News24 host Danica De Giorgio. ​“I hope that he is able to implement as much as he possibly can, run that city in a way that makes people realise we cannot have a person like this running any American city from now until eternity because their ideology is dangerous. ​“Their desire is one that is incongruent with the values of most Americans.”
