US Vice President JD Vance reflects on a fraud case in which two women defrauded Medicaid of $46 million. “Two women, one of them born in Somalia, defrauded Medicaid for $46 million; how did they do it?” Mr Vance said. “They did it by creating fake autism clinics and then having their friends sign up and pretend to have kids on the spectrum. “Amassed millions of dollars that ordinary American parents needed to help special needs children, but instead went to foreign kickbacks and spending sprees for fraudsters.”
