‘I think God was on their side’: Incredible courage during flydubai attack

Former Speaker of the House Bronwyn Bishop praises the courage of passengers and crew who helped during the flydubai attack, recalling the heroism seen during 9/11. “It was just amazing. The courage shown. It reminded me of 9 -11 and that plane where they brought the pilot down,” Ms Bishop told News24 host Rowan Dean. “The coincidence of things. A dentist being the only person who could stop the bleeding of the pilot, the fact that he had a strength to open the door to let people in. “I think God was on their side.”
