‘He’s lost the plot’: Bowen blasted for building ‘green utopia fantasy’ at taxpayers’ expense

Former Victoria Liberal Party president Michael Kroger accuses Energy Minister Chris Bowen of trying to fulfil his “fantasy” of a “green utopia” at the expense of Australian taxpayers. “Chris Bowen is a fantasist; he’s a Walter Mitty,” Mr Kroger told News24 host Sharri Markson. ​“This is just fantasy stuff at the Australian taxpayers’ expense. ​”We now know we’re not going to meet the target, and one of the reasons is because this has been done in such a hurry and such a mess.” ​“He's lost the plot, he’s a fantasist.”
