‘He’s grown tremendously’: Marco Rubio a ‘very formidable candidate’ for 2028 election

Broadcaster and Commentator Jeff Crouere says US Secretary of State Marco Rubio would be “a formidable candidate” for the 2028 election after his speech in Greece railing against open borders and globalism. “He’s been doing such a great job as secretary of state … so many people are really believing that he is the best candidate even though they like JD Vance … He’s got more experience, he’s certainly grown tremendously since he ran in 2016 … he’s a much better political leader,” Mr Crouere told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. “He’s very aggressive in promoting the president’s agenda. “I wouldn’t be surprised if he runs for president, and he’d make a very formidable candidate.”
