German firms sign $11b Ukraine deal

German companies have signed 16 agreements with Ukrainian partners worth around €6.5 billion at a business forum in Kyiv. ​The deals include a defence agreement for air defence systems and missiles. ​Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is warning Russia may be sharing jet-powered drone technology with North Korea, which has already supplied weapons to Moscow.
