El-Sayed will ‘go down in flames’ to Mike Rogers

Newsweek Senior Editor-at-Large Josh Hammer predicts Democrat Abdul El-Sayed will “go down in flames” to Republican Josh Rogers in the Michigan Senate race. ​“Whether it’s Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan or Francesca Hong, who infamously has now called to cancel the American holiday of Thanksgiving, whether I think it’s her in Wisconsin, I think these candidates are in quite a bit of trouble,” Mr Hammer told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. “Especially El-Sayed because he’s running against Mike Rogers, who is a very milk toast, moderate establishment Republican; he's a very familiar face to Michiganders. ​“I think that El-Sayed is actually going to go down in flames in that race.”
