‘Drunk on power’: Critic unloads on Anthony Fauci

Newsweek Senior Editor-at-Large Josh Hammer says Anthony Fauci was fundamentally "drunk on power”. ​“The problem is that when you have that much power, power naturally attracts hubris, and it is incumbent upon those to not do that, of course, to exhibit humility and to recognise when you have doubts,” Mr Hammer told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. ​“Anthony Fauci has no such inhibitions, no such reservations, because this is a man who’s just fundamentally drunk on power.”
