Ben Carroll a new face in same ‘incompetent’ government that’s let Victoria down for years

Victorian Opposition Leader Jess Wilson believes Premier Ben Carroll is a new face in the same "incompetent" government that has let the state down for years. ​“We’ve got corruption in this state, we’ve got crippling debt, a crime crisis, cost of living is biting Victorians, and it’s a direct result of the government that is sitting around the cabinet table, including Ben Carroll,” Ms Wilson told News24 host Paul Murray. ​“Ben Carroll is Jacinta Allan’s partner in crime, her deputy. ​“He has endorsed every single decision that she has made. ​“He has sat around that cabinet table, he has seen the briefings come forward, and he has ticked off on them just like Jacinta Allan has.”
