Andy Burnham has delivered his biggest speech as the UK Prime Minister, promising to lead a Britain which “believes in itself again”. The Labour Party Conference welcomed the 56-year-old with a standing ovation in Liverpool. Mr Burnham criticised the leadership of the past 40 years and is vowing to “break the mould”. The UK Prime Minister promised a 10-year plan for Britain, which he says will be outlined later this year.
