An estimated 17,000 children affected by devastating Nepal floods

UNICEF’s Preena Shrestha has spoken to News24 about the devastation caused by the Nepal floods. “More than 17,000 children are estimated to have been affected, and we expect that to rise as access to affected communities becomes easier,” Ms Shrestha said. “We saw so many families forced to flee their homes.”
