Thailand school shooting: PM Anutin says teen 'carried pressure'

Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul told reporters that the 14-year-old teenager behind the shooting at Debsirin Nonthaburi School on Friday (Aug 7) had been “under stress”, adding that the attack had been planned.  "He is not a street criminal, he is not a robber. This really has nothing to do with security measures in the school", said Anutin in response to a question on ensuring security in schools moving forward.
