A day after healthcare services were affected by a nearly 10-hour-long system disruption, it's largely back to normal at Singapore's public hospitals and polyclinics. While queues and waiting areas remain busy, patients CNA spoke to say things are moving smoothly again. Tuesday's disruption affected services - including appointment bookings, registrations and payments. Beatrice Yap reports.
