Teachers and social workers will be trained by the Singapore Police Force (SPF) to recognise early signs of gang associations as part of broader efforts to prevent youth offending, which has seen a recent uptick, said Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs Edwin Tong on Wednesday (Aug 12).
