Pakistan has launched deadly strikes on Afghanistan's Helmand and Kunar provinces. Islamabad confirmed they were "planned, calibrated and targeted militants". But the Taliban government said civilians were killed, while a United Nations team in Afghanistan has placed the toll at 10.
