Severe flooding hit Sakura in Japan's Chiba Prefecture on Tuesday (Sep 22) after torrential rain from Typhoon Dujuan caused a river to overflow. Local social media footage showed floodwaters consuming homes and streets, washing away belongings with the rising tide. At least four people have died and others missing as heavy train triggered floods and landslides across Japan.
