India's ethanol-blending fuel policy: Arvind Kejriwal accuses government of forcing E20 policy

Opposition Aam Aadmi party leader is accusing the Indian government of forcing its policy on E-20 fuel. Arvind Kejriwal made the remarks after police stopped him during a march towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence. He had planned to submit to Mr Modi an online petition with more than 200,000 signatures opposing the E20 fuel policy. Neha Poonia with more from New Delhi.
