In Conversation with Sim Ann: New Second Minister on priorities, leadership and trust

Building links with Northeast Asia, tackling narcotics addiction and road safety will be among the key priorities for Second Minister for Foreign Affairs and Second Minister for Home Affairs Sim Ann in the next few years. Reflecting on her decades of service, Ms Sim, who was promoted in the recent Cabinet reshuffle, says one of the most important lessons she has learnt is that leadership and trust have to be earned every day.
