Hong Kong set to unveil its first five-year-plan

Hong Kong will unveil its first five-year plan tomorrow ((16 Sep)), setting out development priorities through 2030. Chief Executive John Lee says the city will retain its capitalist system, even as it seeks closer alignment with the mainland. Jeraldine Yap reports.
