Footage captures bridge being washed away in Nepal flood

A bridge along the Trishuli River in central Nepal was swept away after a massive flash flood hit the region on Wednesday (Aug 26). According to USGS, the sudden flood, possibly triggered by a glacial collapse near the Nepal-Tibet border, caused river levels to surge by up to nine metres in just 30 minutes.
