🦖🐾 Six fossilised dinosaur footprints found in Thailand’s Udon Thani province were confirmed to have been left behind by a carnivorous theropod about 120 million years ago. Based on the size of the prints, researchers estimate the two-legged meat-eating dinosaur was about 1.42m high at the hip and 6.3m long. Thai authorities are taking steps to protect the site, which is in a national park, and are considering developing it into a research centre and geological tourism attraction.
