Wildfires rage across Greece as winds hinder firefighting #worldnow

Hundreds of firefighters battled on Saturday to protect the coastal resort of Porto Germeno, about 60 kilometers northwest of Athens, as gale-force winds fueled wildfires across Greece. The blaze, which spread from Boeotia into western Attica, forced evacuations in several communities, including Porto Germeno.
