This year's Beijing Forum on Swift Response to Public Complaints will be held on October 12 and 13 at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. The core concept is "People's City, Better Life," with focus on topics such as the modernization of digital and intelligent technologies in cities and the empowerment of urban governance. More than 3,200 participants are expected to attend, including over 240 guests from over 70 countries and regions. CGTN Stringer hit the streets of London to speak with local people about public services. Some of them say they used 999 or 111, and those public services' websites are fairly easy to use and navigate. However, Emily Carter, a student, also says they did take a while to respond. Speaking about Beijing's "Swift Response to Public Complaints," residents in London would like to know the way in which Chinese public services work and if people in China can track their complaints and see if action has been taken. 📺 Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:👇 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg 👈 Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imib.cctv For more: https://www.cgtn.com/video Most watched videos: Impossible Challenge: 30 seconds to count banknotes BLINDFOLDED https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmP_Ybj-jws Impossible Challenge: Gymnastics Boy Arat Hosseini from Iran! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sxX--U4c8w Impossible Challenge: How to calm babies in 5 seconds? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR3q9sXM7WA
