Tornado tears through French village injuring 41 #worldnow

A tornado tore through Pomas, south of Carcassonne, at around 5:20 p.m. on August 24. Local authorities confirmed 41 injured people, 15 of whom were taken to hospital. At least 300 homes were damaged, with roofs torn off and walls blown out.
