Russian ballistic missiles strike Kyiv, killing 9 and injuring 60

A Russian ballistic missile attack struck Ukrainian capital Kyiv overnight on Wednesday, killing at least nine people and wounding 60 others, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Parts of the city lost power.
