Quincy Institute scholar: US out of options as oil shock threatens midterms

Speaking with CGTN's Anand Naidoo on The Heat, Executive Vice-President of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft Trita Parsi provides a critical breakdown of the US-Iran standoff. Parsi notes that Trump's tactical threats have led to a stalemate rather than a breakthrough.
