Singaporean historian Lim Shao-bin has long studied Japan’s secret WWII biological warfare program. In a one-on-one interview with CGTN, he unveiled new details about the structure of Unit 731, Japan’s infamous biological warfare unit, whose reach was far more extensive than previously known.
