Exclusive footage from CGTN correspondent Michelle Begue shows rescue workers searching through rubble after the devastating earthquake in Pereira, Colombia, and signaling after finding people showing signs of life beneath the debris. The August 10 earthquake has killed 265 people, injured 3,494 and left 496 missing, Colombian President Abelardo de la Espriella said on Wednesday.
