For Maninoud Phonsena, a climate technician from Laos' Department of Agrometeorology and Remote Sensing, China's meteorological technology means better forecasts for farmers and a clearer picture of climate risks. Through satellite data and weather simulations, China is helping Laos respond to climate challenges and improve farming.
