Promoting healthy aging also requires a shift toward prevention, with health interventions starting early in life, Kluge said in an exclusive interview with CGTN's Health Talk on the sidelines of the Boao Forum for Asia Global Health Forum. He stressed the importance of collaboration between the health and education sectors and of maintaining healthy lifestyles, particularly through regular physical activity.
