Aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln docked in Thailand on September 2 after a record-setting 286 days at sea. The port call came about a month after CNN reported that the US military has exhausted nearly 80% of its THAAD and roughly 50% of its Patriot missile interceptor stockpiles. Questions are being raised about how functional US bases in the Middle East still are.
