French: We’re Going to Win Michigan, New Hampshire and Maine

Lauren French, Senate Majority PAC senior advisor, says the PAC is making spending decisions week by week after pulling out of North Carolina and is looking closely at races in Kansas, South Carolina and Mississippi. French says Democrats may not be able to match Republican spending, but says Democratic candidates are outraising Republicans. French says that the October surprise will be if polling has been accurate or not and believes that Democrats will win Michigan, New Hampshire and Maine.
