Displaced families in el-Obeid, besieged by the Rapid Support Forces, face acute water shortages after repeated attacks on supply facilities. Tanker drivers describe deadly drone strikes while transporting water, with a single 115-barrel delivery often exhausted within hours. Displaced women, including Kalthoum, say rations are insufficient, forcing them to buy extra water from vendors using donkey carts and carry containers by hand back to their tents.
