Nepal & Tibet flash floods: Trishuli River surges, destroying homes

Major flash floods in Nepal and Tibet have killed at least 19 people, and the Nepali tourism board is reporting that almost 400 people are missing. The Nepali foreign minister says an earthquake caused an avalanche that created a flood. It hit in the mountainous Rasuwa region—north of the capital.
