Israeli attacks kill three Palestinians across Gaza as ceasefire violations continue

Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip have killed at least three Palestinians and injured nine others, despite a US-brokered ceasefire that was supposed to allow people to rebuild their lives. The attacks took place in Deir el-Balah and Khan Yunis, while gunfire, drone attacks and artillery fire were also reported in parts of Gaza City and northern Gaza. In Deir el-Balah, a charity director coordinating aid deliveries and preparations for winter was killed in an Israeli attack, while nine people nearby were injured. In Khan Yunis, a six-year-old girl died from shrapnel injuries sustained when an attack struck near her displacement tent days earlier. Another person was killed when a vehicle was targeted in the city. Gaza's already strained healthcare system is struggling with shortages of medical staff and supplies, while several injured Palestinians were taken to hospitals. More than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since the ceasefire was agreed in October last year. Al Jazeera's Hani Mahmoud reports from Gaza City.
