Iran says US attacked oil tankers near Kharg Island, IRGC vows retaliation

Iran says the US military has attacked multiple oil tankers off its southern coast. The Tasnim news agency says at least one tanker was targeted near Kharg Island, which is Iran's main oil export hub. There are also reports of a tanker being hit near the port city of Jask, east of the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC is warning it will retaliate by targeting vessels in the vicinity of Kuwait and Bahrain.
