Another Friday prayer, another attack on a mosque, this time in northwestern Pakistan. An armed group linked to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan -- the Pakistani Taliban -- has claimed responsibility. Attacks like this have happened for around 20 years. Pakistan's government says many of them are launched from Afghanistan, just across the border.
