Another Friday prayer, another attack on a mosque, this time in northwestern Pakistan. An armed group linked to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan -- the Pakistani Taliban -- has claimed responsibility. Attacks like this have happened for around 20 years. Pakistan's government says many of them are launched from Afghanistan, just across the border. And relations between the two countries have soured. So, how should Islamabad deal with this threat?
