313,000 volunteers mobilised in Tehran as Iran prepares for possible conflict

Iran says 313,000 people have been mobilised in Tehran as part of preparations for a potential crisis. Authorities say volunteers include civilians from different generations and backgrounds who can be trained and assigned to battalions. The figure 313 has symbolic importance in Shia Islam.
