The military command stated on social media that "US forces continue to strictly enforce the US blockade against Iran." In response, Mohsen Rezaei, a senior military adviser to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, warned that "If the blockade continues, American vessels and forces will face serious risks and casualties." He added, "The U.S. must change its behavior — or we will not tolerate this. We will never permit the opening of a second corridor in the Strait of Hormuz."
