During its tenure at The Real Brokerage, Tafoya Real Estate achieved $87.92 million in sales across 172 transactions in 2024 and 2025. This performance secured them the No. 75 spot for volume and No. 61 for transaction sides among mega teams in California, according to the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings.
Founded by Scott Tafoya in 2018, the team has expanded to 37 agents and handles a diverse range of properties, including luxury homes, agricultural land, commercial and multifamily units, and investment properties. Their services also encompass in-house lending, coaching, lead generation, and agent development.
Following the move, Tafoya Real Estate will continue to operate its large North Fresno office, which will serve as a physical hub for eXp agents in the region. This physical presence contrasts with eXp's predominantly cloud-based model and is designed for training, content creation, lending support, and collaboration.

Currently, 32 of the team's 37 agents have completed their onboarding at eXp Realty, with the remaining agents expected to transition shortly.
