STOCKHOLM, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Swedish Centre Party leader Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist said on Monday she was handing the process of forming a government back to parliament speaker Andreas Norlen. Norlen had tasked her a week ago with trying to form a government. An election last month gave the centre-left bloc a narrow majority in parliament, but the opposition parties do not agree on who should be part of a new government. Ringqvist told reporters that there was no majority for a centrist government and that a broader majority was needed but difficult to achieve in the current parliamentary situation. Centre-left opposition leader Magdalena Andersson earlier this month lost a parliamentary vote to form a government. The centre-left opposition won 176 seats in the election, while Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's right-wing bloc secured 173 seats.
