The disclosure, made in quarterly filings, positions Alphabet as SpaceX's largest single institutional holder. The value of Alphabet's holding was based on SpaceX's June 30 share price of $170.86. SpaceX's stock itself surged 9.65% to $146.15, nearing the $150 mark, following the news and Elon Musk's optimistic AI revenue forecasts.
